Furniture and bulk donations
We love making sure that people have the larger items that they need too. However, we only have one van and our small team of strong volunteers! Please be understanding of this when asking about donations.
If you're in a rush and we've not had a chance to get back to you, we'd recommend Starter Packs Glasgow and Maslows Community Shop.
What we love
- Clean double beds with mattresses
- Small sofas (maximum 2 seats)
- Chests of drawers
- Bedside tables
- Dining tables and chairs
- Soft furnishings along with bulk donations
- Lamps and other household items
What we don't love
- Ripped or damaged furniture
- Dirty items
- Items for waste disposal; the dump costs us money
- False advertising of items
- Tight deadlines or surprises!

Refuweegee drop-off locations
Due to the closure of Anchor Lane to non-taxis and the new bus gate on Ingram Street, you cannot park near our offices very easily any more.
Instead, you can:
- pull in at the loading bay on St Vincent Street, outside The Counting House and call us on 0141 401 0756 to collect items
- park as close as possible and come the rest of the way on foot
- bring in donation on foot
- drop off donations at our Cadogan Street office (see details below)
Getting to our city centre offices can be a little complicated at the moment, but we still rely on your donations.

Our entrance is shared with Elia Greek restauraunt. Use the buzzer labelled 'Refuweegee;. Our reception is on Level 3 and there is elevator access.

Partner drop-off locations
To make it simpler we've enlisted the help of some local organisation pals who will be happy to collect your donations on our behalf and store them until we can pick them up.
Please do NOT drop off bulk items or large volumes without prior arrangement. If you would like to collect donations for us, please contact enquiries@refuweegee.co.uk . We can never have too many drop off locations!
